Exhibit Registration Form
The Exhibit Registration Fee is $450.00. This fee includes a six foot display table, electricity and Internet access. In also includes a T-shirt, Exhibitor lunch and banquet for one company representative. The date for the Exhibits is June 25, 2008.
Exhibit setup will be 8:00-11:30 a.m. followed by Lunch with the Exhibitors from 11:30-12:30. Exhibits will be open from 12:30-3:00 p.m.
The cost for additional company representatives or other adults is $50.00 per person and includes a T-shirt, Exhibitor Lunch and banquet. The cost for children under 21 to attend the banquet is $13.00.
Great Wolf Lodge room rates are $105.00 per night plus tax and service charge. The cut-off date for reservations at the conference rate is May 23, 2008. To make reservations, call the Great Wolf Lodge at 866.478.9653. Reservations must be made under REMCAM #0806TRAV to get the group rate.
