New REMC SAVE contracts start January 1st

REMC SAVE’s competitive bid process provides compliance with state procurement statutes without the need for local bidding (saving you time and money).
Technology & Furniture 2026 Contract Award
If you are planning classroom or office upgrades, new spaces or building projects, this new contract can help. The Technology & Furniture 2026 Contract launches January 1, 2026 and runs through December 31, 2026, giving you a full year of bid pricing for the items you rely on every day. State compliant contracts have been secured on items such as:
- Audio systems including emergency communications and two-way radios
- Cables
- Charging and power solutions
- Computer accessories including cases, headsets, and headphones
- Interactive displays, document cameras and STEM resources
- Monitors, TVs, and projectors
- Printers and printer supplies
- Services including professional learning, engineering, installation and consulting
Supplementary Software 2026–2027 Contract Award
This contract expands digital service options while keeping the current software contracts you already use. The Supplementary Software Contract begins January 1, 2026 and runs concurrently with previously awarded software contracts, with an end date of June 30, 2027. This contract adds new items including career assessment, content filtering, and AI tools such as:

- Grammarly
- Novel Effect
- Itopia
- Netsweeper
- MagicSchool AI
- Padlet
- PrinterLogic
- TechSmith
Current contracts remain in place and run concurrently through the original timeline. No existing software and digital service contracts have changed.
