New Esports training sessions scheduled for spring

Organized, competitive gameplay is another pathway for students to feel connected and engaged with school. REMC is pleased to offer four new training sessions in April and May. These sessions are designed to provide an entry point for schools exploring the benefits of Esports.

Esports Amplified Educator Academy sessions:

What is Scholastic Esports - April 25th
Successful Coaching Models and Ideas - May 2nd
Equipment/Network Considerations for Esports - May 9th
Media Creation/Competition Ideas for Local LEA’s - May 16th

Each session will be held virtually from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Participants will earn 1 SCECH for each session completed. Be sure to visit remc.org/educator-resources/esports-amplified/ for additional resources and guides created to support local esport teams.
