Exciting Opportunity: REMC Association is looking for an Administrative Assistant

The Regional Educational Media Center (REMC) Association of Michigan is seeking a skilled, tech-savvy part-time Administrative Assistant. This contract position will play a vital role in facilitating efficiencies and helping to advance the mission of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SCECH Coordinator, managing program applications, awards, and participant communications. 
  • Event management: secure venues, finalize contracts and catering, submit rooming lists, etc.
  • Support the Management Team, REMC SAVE and Association.
  • Oversee event registration systems, attendance tracking, and participant communication.
  • Document management and creation, summarize and collate data.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Workspace, document creation tools and data organization. They will possess excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills.  This is a Fully remote position with a home office setup required.
