The Regional Educational Media Center (REMC) Association of Michigan is seeking a skilled, tech-savvy part-time Administrative Assistant. This contract position will play a vital role in facilitating efficiencies and helping to advance the mission of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SCECH Coordinator, managing program applications, awards, and participant communications.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including venue logistics, materials preparation, and vendor communication.
  • Manage meetings, calendars, data collation, and document creation.
  • Oversee event registration systems, attendance tracking, and participant communication.
  • Ensure accurate closed captioning for webinars and assist with system updates.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Workspace, document creation tools and data organization. They will possess excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills.  This is a Fully remote position with a home office setup required.
