REMC SAVE Computer Bid has new devices and promotional pricing

The REMC SAVE 2025–26 Computer Bid officially launched on April 1 and will run through March 31, 2026. This year’s contract includes exciting product updates, promotional pricing opportunities, and detailed vendor awards - all designed to help schools across Michigan access the latest technology at the best value.

As with previous years, several awarded vendors are offering Device Purchasing promotional pricing through September 30, 2025. The pricing currently displayed on remcsave.org reflects both the promotional price (where applicable) and the awarded price, which will be reflected when the promotion expires on October 1. Schools and districts are encouraged to take advantage of these early savings when planning purchases.

What’s New in Devices:

  • Processor Options Expanded: Chrome devices now feature separate specifications and awards for x86 (Intel and AMD) and ARM (Mediatek and Snapdragon) processors.
  • Chromebook Plus devices which include enhanced performance and features.
  • Next-Gen Windows Devices: New options now include models with NPU (Neural Processing Unit) processors.
  • Esports Laptops are available through catalog discount pricing.
  • Laptop Display Changes: Many 13" models are transitioning to 14", with 16:10 aspect ratios replacing the previous 16:9 standard.

Vendor Highlights:

  • All awarded Dell devices were awarded to People Driven Technology.
  • HP awarded devices are split between HP Inc., InaCOMP, and Sehi.
  • Lenovo devices are awarded to CDW Education.
  • There are no new vendors this year, and all five awarded vendors were also awarded catalog discounts.
