Q3 Employability Introduction
INTRODUCTION
Employability refers to the attributes that help a person gain and maintain employment. Employers want to hire employees that have both strong hard-skills (the knowledge and skills specific to a career), as well as soft-skills (character and personality traits that can be applied to any career). It is important to start thinking about how you can continually build hard and soft skills as they are already influencing your future employability.
