INTRODUCTION

This Thing includes seven Quests. You will begin by exploring their personality, skills, and interests. Followed by the understanding of what it means to prepare for a career with an online portfolio as evidence of learning.  You will create documents, a brand that represents you for a various careers and take on the role of an entrepreneur.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

When you have completed this Thing, you will:

  1. Know how to make everyday living choices. [Knowledge Constructor]
  2. Understand how decisions you make can affect your future. [Knowledge Constructor]
  3. Understand how to create a multimedia portfolio that promotes yourself. [Creative Communicator]

What does it mean to have a career? 

Discussion Question: While playing the video, think about why you think people are interested in different careers.  Be prepared to share your thoughts.
