
Gold Code.org: Your Hour
Your hour of COde
Step 1: Go to the HourofCode.com site. Your teacher will provide you direction on creating an account.
Step 2: Spend some time reviewing the activity challenges in the Grades 6-8 section. You may also use the filters on the left side to narrow down the options.
- Select one activity that is interesting to you to complete.. Your teacher may have specific directions about activities that need to be completed.
Step 3. Notify your teacher when you complete your task by taking a screenshot of your finished product.
- Upload or post it as your teacher directs. If you finish early, your teacher may allow you to try another one of the modules from the Hour of Code.
Want to learn more? There are many full-length beginner courses on the Code.org website that you will need to sign up for that you can work on to increase your knowledge of coding!
