The Myers-Briggs personality test is a tool that can help you learn more about yourself and appreciate how others are different. You can use these insights to be more effective at school and in your personal life. There are four main types that you will learn about in the video to the right on this page.
As you watch the video, jot down which of the four personality types best fits you.
The Four Main Types:
- Extrovert or Introvert
- Intuitive or Sensing
- Feeling or Thinking
- Judging or Perceiving
Are you an extrovert or an introvert? Usually, that's one you can quickly identify about yourself. As you go through this Quest, you will take an assessment to help you determine your type. This test and others were developed to help you identify your strengths and appreciate how you might learn and work differently than others.
