- Used basic troubleshooting steps to identify and solve common computer problems that prevent me from accessing the internet, contacting friends, or completing schoolwork.
- Fixed simple computer problems on my own without always needing to wait for help from others.
- Researched solutions to computer problems using reliable sources and online resources to find answers when I encounter unfamiliar issues.
- Shared my troubleshooting knowledge with others to help classmates and friends solve similar computer problems.
