In this Quest, you will learn to cite the source of a poem or a lyric, the source of an image, or a photo from the resources provided. You have completed this Quest when you have:
- Used a citation-making site for resources.
- Given credit to the person who created the work.
It is essential to understand that creating a citation and crediting the author does not equal permission. If you use someone's work in any way that may not be considered fair use, you must obtain permission first.
If you use the Student Portfolio, fill in the slide corresponding to the Quest you just completed. You should already have a copy or download of this portfolio created and saved in your Google Drive or Microsoft files.
