Q2 Collaboration: Research
PART 4: Identify Topic Details
Your team objective is to identify details about your topic and divide up the work equally so that each member will do some research about the topic to bring back to the team.
- Check with your teacher for suggestions on an efficient way to do this. Refer to the Topic Details Table included in Part 4 of the Planning Document.
- Table for Details: Use the table to list different areas or details about the topic that you want to research.
- Details: Each team member should indicate at least one or two details in the list to research by adding their initials to the table.
PART 5: Research
- Timing: Set a target date/class period/time for all team members to complete their research.
- Sources: As you do your research, remember to keep the URLs to the information sources or media (images, photos, videos). You may want to use the shared folder space for the media (images, photos, etc.) you locate and want to use.
- As you locate content for the topic detail you are researching, you may find it helpful to add or summarize it onto one of your assigned slides in the Team Presentation.
- After members have completed the research, the team can review and decide on the most important details to include in the presentation.
