Q2 Collaboration: Getting Organized
PART 1: TEAM ORGANIZATION
Decide on one member of the team to do the following:
Create a teamwork folder (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or alternate network drive space identified).
Download or copy, save, and open this 11.Q2 Presentation Planning Document into the teamwork folder.
Share the Planning document with editing permissions with your other team members and teacher.
Using the Planning Document, the team will:
- Access the shared document
- Pick a team name and enter it into the Planning Document
- Complete the discussion activity in the Planning Document

Check with your teacher about the specific presentation requirements and jot them down in the Planning Document.
It helps a team work on a project when they set some goals. The video below may help you identify some to add to the Planning Document.
