Bonus Level Quest
Welcome, Hero! This is your chance to level up your skills by exploring extra missions designed to strengthen your Power Signature, sharpen your digital decision-making, and enhance your Hero Toolkit. Each activity connects directly to your core training ~ helping you better understand yourself, your habits, and your impact in the digital world. You may complete one, two, or all three activities based on your Hero Lab Director’s (Teacher's) instructions, or take the lead and choose the missions that spark your interest most.
Bonus Mission 1
Social Media Test Drive (by Cornell University & Common Sense Education)
What it is: An interactive, simulated social media platform where students practice navigating real-world digital dilemmas (like handling cyberbullying, managing privacy, and curating a positive footprint) in a safe, fake environment.
Step 1. Complete the Social Media Test Drive.
Step 2. Reflect on the experience in your Power Signature Portfolio (slide ###).

Bonus Mission 2
Applied Digital Skills: Build a "Digital Well-Being" Guide (Google - could be tailored to Microsoft)
What it is: A video-led curriculum where students use Google Docs or Slides to create a guide on how to balance technology and maintain digital well-being.
- This would be a 6-9 hour mission so multiple days to complete (in and out of class).
Step 1. To save your progress, once you select the link below, you will want to login with your Google account.
Step 2. Determine the lessons that will be completed. Watch the videos and complete the lesson activities.
Step 3. Reflect on the experience in your Power Signature Portfolio or add screenshots of your completion (slide ###).

Bonus Mission 3
Interland: The Kind Kingdom (by Google’s Be Internet Awesome)
What it is: A web-based video game where players must navigate a 3D world, blocking cyberbullies, reporting bad behavior, and spreading positive interactions.
Step 1. When you first select Let's Do This! on the home page, the game will randomly take you to one of the islands. Use the right or left arrows to navigate to the Kind Kingdom (Green).
Step 2. Select the Play button to begin. Complete the missions by using the arrows and enter buttons on your computer keyboard to get to the top of the mountain.
Step 3. Take a screenshot of your Epic Win! Add that and reflections about your mission in your Power Signature Portfolio (slide ###).
