- Create a troubleshooting tips assignment in Steps 1 and 2.
- Completing a troubleshooting Breakout Challenge Review Activity.

Troubleshooting Tips Assignment
Step 1. Create a list of at least 10 technology-related issues individuals may encounter and require assistance with when using computing devices and smartphones. Reviewing what you learned in each of the first three Quests may be helpful.
- Quests One: factory reset, hard reset, Murphy's Law, power cycle, restart.
- Quest Two: application, flowchart, frozen, hardware, software, solve, troubleshoot.
- Quest Three: adware, antivirus software, cleaning electronic devices, malware, spyware, tech support scams.
The problems you identify don't necessarily have to be derived from the videos you viewed in this resource. To help you organize your thoughts, you can utilize Google Keep or Microsoft OneNote as excellent tools for note-taking.
Step 2: Create an artifact (Poster, Slideshow, Infographic, Collage, Video, etc.) and title it Troubleshooting Tips. You might include images, videos, and links to additional webpage resources..
Remember to provide attribution to give credit for any images, videos, and other content used in your artifact.
