Q7 Bonus Level: Digital Breakout Challenge

6. Cyber Smart

The Digital Breakout Activity

Read through all of the information on this page before you go to the Digital Breakout Room.

Goal: To reinforce some concepts in Q1-6, and ESCAPE, becoming a true Cyber Smart Citizen. 

Step 1. This is a web-based, game-like activity in which you use the skills you developed during your mission with the Level Up Studios company that unlock a series of questions to solve the challenge (or to escape a digital room). Prove that you have mastered the Cyber Smart skills.

Step 2. Check with your teacher about working individually or with a Cyber Defense Team to solve the clues that fix the Code Red errors.

Step 3. Now, go to the Cyber Smart Breakout Challenge.

Step 4. Once you complete the Breakout Challenge, you will take a screenshot of the Google form completion page that appears and add it to your Player Conduct and Safety Portfolio.  Look for the slide that says, "Quest 7: Cyber Smart Digital Breakout."

If the image is selected it will take the user directly to the breakout room.  This is the header of the Google Site.

A Digital Breakout may also be called a Digital Escape Room.

This is a web-based, game-like activity where students use clues to unlock a series of puzzles or activities to solve a challenge (or to escape a digital room).

Students frequently work together (conference, or chat) as they work to locate and solve clues.
