As you complete your presentation, there are a variety of features and options to consider:

SHARING YOUR PRESENTATION

Select the share icon to see how to provide edit or only view options. You can add a message and share it by providing an email to send it to, or copy the link and share that.

OPTIONS FOR PRESENTING

Start from the beginning, Presenter View, Rehearse with Coach, and Present Live.

EXPORTING YOUR PRESENTATION

You can export the presentation in different formats and download it as a PDF, ODP (Open Document Format), or Image.

Or create a copy (online or to download).

RECORDING AND SAVING AS A VIDEO

Refer to this short Microsoft support page to record and save your presentation as a video file from the File menu> Export>Create a video. The support page includes a 51-second video example.

PUBLISHING YOUR PRESENTATION FROM ONEDRIVE

You can make your presentation public, so anyone who searches the web or clicks a link can open it in their browser.

  • Open your presentation in PowerPoint.
  • Select the Share option and select Get a link.
  • Choose anyone with the link to view it to make it accessible to the public.
  • Copy and share the link with others.
  • You can also post a presentation on Facebook, Twitter, or other social networks.
